GLOBAL HEALTH RESEARCH DAY - September 17th, 2015

The Global Health Program at Boston Children's Hospital invites you to the inaugural Global Health Research Day. The goals of the event are to: (1) provide trainees and junior faculty interested in global health with knowledge and skills to begin conducting research in resource limited settings, and (2) to raise awareness about current and on-going global health research.

The event will feature a keynote speech by Dr. John Meara, two workshop sessions, and presentations from three abstract winners.

Due to the capacity of the venue, only 100 tickets are available for this event. We anticipate high demand, so please register early!

Registration is limited to:

  • BCH faculty, trainees, and staff
  • HMS/HSPH affiliated fellows, residents, and students
  • members of HMS/HSPH affiliated Global Health programs

ABSTRACTS

Abstract Submission Deadline: July 20, 2015

We invite all BCH faculty, trainees, and staff wishing to report original research, innovative projects or novel programs related to global health to submit abstracts. All submitted and accepted abstracts will be printed in the event program. Three abstracts will be selected for oral presentation at the event.
